How does the club exchange process work?

Members can exchange their clubs based on their membership tier (Bronze: monthly, Silver: bi-weekly, Gold: unlimited). Simply request an exchange through your customer portal, and we'll arrange pickup of your current clubs and delivery of your new selection.

What condition are the clubs in?

All our clubs are professionally maintained and in excellent playing condition. We thoroughly inspect, clean, and refurbish clubs between memberships to ensure they perform to manufacturer specifications.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your customer portal. You'll need to return any clubs in your possession within 14 days of cancellation to avoid additional charges.
