We understand that normal wear and tear happens during regular play. Small scratches and normal usage marks are expected and covered. The exchange process is simple:

1. Log into your customer portal and request an exchange
2. Select the clubs you want to return and the new clubs you'd like to try

4. We'll deliver your new selection when we pick up your current clubs

Your membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis. The first payment is processed when you sign up, and subsequent payments are automatically processed on the same date each month. You'll receive an email receipt for each payment processed.
