At UrCaddie, we strive to provide efficient, reliable shipping services to ensure your golf equipment arrives promptly and in perfect condition. This shipping policy outlines our procedures for delivering and retrieving golf clubs as part of our subscription service.

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframes vary based on your location and membership tier:

  • Bronze Membership: 2-4 business days from order confirmation
  • Silver Membership: 1-2 business days from order confirmation (Priority Shipping)
  • Gold Membership: 1-2 business days from order confirmation (Priority Shipping)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on several factors:

  • Metropolitan areas typically receive faster delivery than regional areas
  • Weather conditions and other external factors may affect delivery times
  • High-volume periods (such as holidays or major golf tournaments) may result in slight delays

Shipping Coverage

UrCaddie currently provides shipping services to the following areas in Australia:

  • All major metropolitan areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, and Canberra
  • Most regional areas within 200km of capital cities
  • Other regional areas may have extended delivery timeframes or additional shipping costs

Shipping Costs

All standard shipping and delivery costs are included in your membership fee. There are no additional shipping fees for standard deliveries or returns. However, special circumstances may incur additional costs:

  • Expedited shipping beyond your membership tier's standard shipping speed
  • Shipping to remote areas outside our standard coverage zones
  • Special handling requests beyond our standard shipping procedures

Any additional shipping costs will be clearly communicated before processing your order or request.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through:

  • The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Your account dashboard on the UrCaddie website
  • Our customer service team, if you encounter any tracking issues

Club Exchanges and Returns

For club exchanges and returns, we provide a seamless process:

  1. Schedule your exchange or return through your customer portal
  2. Select a pickup date that works for your schedule
  3. Prepare your clubs for return using the original packaging or alternative secure packaging
  4. Our delivery team will collect your current clubs and deliver your new selection simultaneously (when applicable)

Exchange frequency varies by membership tier:

  • Bronze Membership: Monthly exchanges
  • Silver Membership: Bi-weekly exchanges
  • Gold Membership: Unlimited exchanges

Packaging Standards

We use premium protective packaging to ensure your clubs arrive in perfect condition:

  • Each club is individually wrapped to prevent damage
  • Clubs are secured in sturdy boxes designed specifically for golf club transport
  • All packaging materials are environmentally friendly, using recycled and recyclable materials where possible

When returning clubs, we recommend using the original packaging provided. If that's not available, please ensure clubs are adequately protected for transport to prevent damage.

Delivery Instructions

You can provide specific delivery instructions when placing your order or scheduling an exchange:

  • Preferred delivery time windows (subject to availability)
  • Authorization to leave packages in secure locations
  • Authorization for others to accept delivery on your behalf
  • Special handling instructions

Our delivery team will contact you before arrival to confirm your preferences and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your clubs arrive damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos
  2. Report the issue to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Follow the provided instructions for resolving the issue

Please note that damage occurring after delivery is not covered by shipping insurance but may be covered by our optional damage protection plan.
